The cricket chorous is definitely all males, female crickets can’t chirp.

They’ll be leaving soon, for the Christmas party on the dog… the Fleas Navidad.

Reminds me of the old movie “Quartermass and the Pit” or the same movie with the US release name..“Five Million Years to Earth”.

I love cricket song, during the summer nights, as well as the videos on Youtube where they are electronically slowed down, making them sound like an ethereal chorus.

It wouldn’t be so bad but bug five and twelve are off key and bug nine chirps with a lisp.
