Good thing Darryl didn’t notice Wanda doing pelvic thrusts or this exercise session would have likely taken a detour and she was done before Zoe entered the room and asked “Mom, what are you doing?”.

Maybe the smell of slightly burnt toast could override the stink of sweaty parents.

Quite coincidentally I won a fitbit from work over the holidays. I’ve already used it to log one nine mile, 30,000 step walk, but it’ll see more use when the weather gets better.

It’s easier on Day 2. That’s the day you quit…..
