I am still 67 and usually feel pretty good (daily aches and pains don’t even count anymore) but there are days when I feel like somebody threw an anvil at me. And I caught it.
It’s funny how I saw ageing when I was a kid and asked my age, I’d say I was year, month and days old ………. now I stay the present age until midnight of my Birthday ……. :)
During the pandemic I have not been wearing – a bra! I would have been so embarrassed to do this before. We are mostly in the house and when we go out I am normally wearing a tee shirt with a sweat shirt over it. Sure, I put a bra on when we go to the doctor, but otherwise the one in use is hanging from the knob of my closet door!
