Not realistic. Most women I know are thinking about everything you did wrong in the past so that they can use it against you at the next opportunity. Or even just so.

If they are smart, they’ll make sure the kid’s ‘moments’ are good memories.

Yesterday.

I’m with he good ole days! Life was warmer and fuzzier back then! ❤️

I try to live in the moment, but am often thinking of what’s to be. Making plans even though Life usually has something different in mind.

“I said something wrong, now I long for yesterday.”

The past is the foundation upon which I am building today for the future.

What it was, What it is, What it will be!

I think I’m all three.

Left to right – Fond memories of all the great candy he can no longer enjoy. The candy thrill of the moment that has been eagerly anticipated for two weeks (at least). Planning the next day’s candy sales and where to stash them safely from everyone else.

All three legitimate outlooks for any age, but the focus does make sense.
