I’d be more worried about the Sidewinder missile shot downward into the crowd.

Suddenly I have an urge to watch that parade this year.

problem’s just a toy balloon, They’ll be burstin’ soon, They’re just bound to go “Pop!” Oops! There goes another problem ker-Plop! Ker–plop!

I can see the smaller ones being hard to hit with their guns, but that one that was as big as three busses they said the could not hit and had to use a missile… I don’t get that one

With that much helium released at low altitude over a tightly packed parade crowd…NYC will sound like Munchkinland for at least a week.

Dora Deserved Destruction.

That would definitely improve viewership on Thanksgiving morning.

It could have happened when the parade first started, I read that they released the balloons when the parade was over for the first few years.

I think they took down THAT balloon because it was Dora. Not because it was a suspected spy balloon.

Now, that’s a Macy’s Parade I’d watch.

I am glad to see that I am not the only one who doesn’t call it the “Macy’s Day Parade” (although I am not sure if CBS is allowed to call it the “Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade” in its coverage of it – its coverage is called just “The Thanksgiving Day Parade”)
