Lose the brim and you have a Beanie Cap Copter from the cartoon Cecile the seasick sea serpent.

That takes me way back. Is this a recalling of the old Beany and Cecil cartoons?

I had one of those Beanie Copters (Ala Beanie and Cecil). You could pull a string and the propeller would sail off of the cap! So cool.

This just might be the cap to propel Patty to pitch-perfection!
