It isn’t so much that your cartoonist is out to get you …

… as it is that he’s using you.

Not only do I feel sorry for Ziggy, but when someone lives in a country with an extremely litigious society where everyone sues everyone else for millions $ at the drop of a hat, I gotta feel sorry for the sewer drain worker who left the open manhole cover open without putting up a secure barrier that would stop people not looking where they are going from falling in. That darn poor worker is going to lose his shirt off his back!

Or maybe it is just people named Tom.

Your cartoonist loves you. He also loves pratfalls and slapstick comedy. Is your insurance paid up?
