Coming Soon 👀 At the beginning of April, you’ll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
I just bat the offending-object around with my walker-stick to be contrary, and then I’ll start the “1-2-3”-grab for a finishing-performance, lol!
But when I’m in the “Man-Cave”—-a.k.a. , machine/workshop—-I’ll slither anything close to 30-pounds & up onto the rollerized hydraulic lift table, and bring it up to that-perfect 3-ft. working height, from my shop stool.
After enough years of the literal-physical abuse of working in foundries and related jobs? Hey, even THIS-idjit finally learned to “baby”-myself just a hair-or-two, lol!!!
Husband gets ill when he bends over at all so he has a grabber on each floor of the house and one in our RV (which is a class B – Chevy van conversion not one of those big things one thinks of as an RV).
When out I have to keep an eye on him as he WILL drop something and attempt to pick it up so I have to run and pick it up before he tries or we will going home (with him driving) and he will have to go to sleep when we get home for a few hours.

Someone needs to invent a grabber holster so that we can carry a grabber with us at all times.

Bending over is the problem. Two bad knees and back. I have to drop something every day.

This is what happens when you skip picking up the paper on Sunday when there is no mail.

Well, that’s one way to do it.

Lazy has nothing to do with it. It’s definitely all about the pain. Thank goodness for my “fleet” of Grabbers!

Why does he get two papers? Or did he save yesterday’s for today?

It’s not laziness; it’s body management. I cannot even pick up my cat anymore no matter how loudly I groan. :) :(

It’s not lazy, it’s the knees going first, or the back.

it makes difficult for air from coming in on one end and forces air out the other!

Get yourself one of those grabber things- – they pick up most of what you “drop”.

That makes sense no matter your age! #WorkSmarterNotHarder
