Coming Soon 👀 At the beginning of April, you’ll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
We saw a young fox today at supper time. We feed birds, including some that want to be fed “on the ground” (on a tray on our deck rail). There’s a young fox who comes around some days to vacuum up what the birds leave, and today (s)he was there. Beautiful animal !
Every day offers the same possibilities. If we are lucky we get to recognize them for the gifts they are.
Last week 4 young rabbits were racing and chasing around the shrubs and shed on our half acre. Yesterday an adult rabbit was touring select grasses. First goldfinches three weeks ago. Black crows have gone to other pastures for a time. And, so far, the various hawks have not appeared but they will find their usual roosts on the hanging basket crooks. The yard will go quiet for a time. Happens every year but is new each time.

Napping at sunset, especially this time of year, all but ensures you’ll be up late.

I hardly ever see Bumblebees any more, it seems they were much more numerous when I was a kid.

We all get twenty-four hours. Most of what happens in them is beyond our control. Best to focus on what isn’t.
