Actually I don’t think he was hard enough on Miles but I’m a baby boomer and we would’ve gotten far worse punishments than Miles got for the same kind of thing.
I was a solitary kid until I was 16. Then much to the surprise of my parents, I made a bunch of friends and became social. My parents had a rule for all us kids in high school that staying out late on a school night meant automatic grounding. The first time I was out late, my parent were obviously torn about punishing me. They were so happy I actually had friends to stay out late with. Being a parent and disciplining kids can be tricky…LOL

And this is why Miles is having a weird daydream of being in jail.

He’s enjoying a bit too much. Guess no TV made him go a little …crazy.

If he spoke with a Texas accent, smoked a big cigar, carried a bullwhip and had a guard dog by his side, then…okay; THAT would be too much!! :)

Totally agree with you but you have to admit the food tasted better, especially the meat!

I like the get-up. You are rockin’ it, Gene. Doesn’t dad deserve a little fun, especially after the blow of $3,000 down the drain?

I don’t agree. I think the hat’s essential.

Don’t want a repeat of the infamous Stanford Prison Experiment. May be time to try something different.
