    Last night NPR’s Radio Lab was about the 3 or 4 times people have done The War of the Worlds as a radio play…including the time it was done in Central America and the public burned the radio station down…

    I just saw the first episode of the new season of The Mandalorian. Grogu saw a bowl of small orange objects that look like M&Ms or Reece’s Pieces. They should have put some yellow ones in to add to the string of George Lucas/Stephen Spielberg references in each other’s movies.

    They wanted to use M&Ms in E.T., but M&Ms turned them down. Reece’s Pieces was a new, up-and-coming candy, and they greatly benefited from the publicity.
