I knew that today’s strip would be about Craig and lowered my expectations massively. Maybe that’s why I kinda like this one! I was so sure that Craig would be all angry and dramatic, but he’s just kinda pathetic, and seeing Nate take him down a peg so easily is great!

I think Craig will make Nate overstep. He and Daphne are not currently dating, he will insist they are dating to keep Craig away. If this does happen, it could end up repelling Daphne.

Nate’s response is like “I’m not gonna waste my time or breathe with someone who just roasted himself. So get out of meh way so I can go get so cheez doodles” So he goes with the simple approach with the response of“Sure.”

Also Craig’s been watching his 1950’s sitcoms such as the sitcom Happy Days!
