I thought the poetry was a nice touch.

I’m not an expert on Shakespeare (in fact, I don’t understand his writings at all), but I’m pretty sure that isn’t how he would request his dinner.

Today is:

NATIONAL BUCKET LIST DAY. I guess the only thing on my bucket list would be to make up a bucket list. I don’t have one.

It doesn’t hurt to ask politely, Chesney.

Isn’t his supper sitting next to him?

Chesney, if you grab that mouse, you’ll have your supper.

In the fifth (or was it the fourth?) of his nine lives, Chesney wrote verse for Burma Shave signs!

Back to Ches and the Loading Dock!

Per the late, great Mama Cass he should sing for his supper.It’s a grey and cold day in San Diego so far – just the way I like it. I’m sitting here facing the ocean and watching different boats and ships come and go. Yesterday, the Dole cargo ship came in, we watched a huge yacht go out a schooner with a contingent of party people went out, two cruise ships left, the Carl Vinson aircraft carrier came in and the Coat Guard patrol boat was here and there There are a couple of seals hanging out on the buoys that come pretty close to the rocks outside of our room and patio, Here comes a Coast Guard cutter!

You missed a couple of feet, there, Chesney. Shakespeare wrote in iambic pentameter, not tetrameter.

After that poem, you will be lucky if she ever feeds you again!

Wee cat,

Tiny rat,

Prithee cease thy mock.

E’nuff of your twaddle,

Soon you will waddle….

Homeward to yon loading dock.

I wonder what the cute little mouse did to deserve being banished alongside Ches?

He needs to work on iambic pentameter.

Shakespeare wasn’t a rude jerk like you, Chesney. (Then again, I never met the man, so what do I Know?) Maybe Chesney try to use the magic word if he wants dinner. On another note, saw four juncos, six robins, a chipmunk, and a rabbit while out walking today.
