I have visited your beautiful country several times. I Iearned about the Confederation when I was on Prince Edward Island and our Canadian tour guide talked about it. PEI was my favorite place on that tour. That red earth! And around the bend the ocean! The guide told us that Charlottestown is sometimes(humorously) called Sleepy Hollow because there is very little crime. Lucky town! We also visited Nova Scotia and New Brunswick(where I got the best vanilla fudge ever). Happy Confederation Day.

When I saw this episode many years ago, I fired off a letter to the cartoonist expressing the hope they would get married.

It’s kind of a very cliche setting…full moon, calm lake, nobody around… the picture-perfect ending most everyone would probably love to have had for their prom/graduation. :)
