I’m sure the rules specify the attributes of the clubs that may move the ball and I doubt your wand meets any of them.

No funny sound effects with all that moving?

If he does that with the the “wrong people”, the rules will be changed.

At a guess a golfer’s favorite dance is the bogey.

A friendly golfer is known as a social putter-fly.

A golfer’s favorite flowers on the course are fore-get-me-nots.

And come Halloween you will find that ghosts play on a golf corpse.

Well after all golf is a game where you has to wand-ers a lot.

Rule 47, subsection 3, paragraph ii clearly states “no using mythological powers to control the ball unless the magic wand is a mashie or niblick.”

Someone should invent something like a crossbow, that any duffer could place beside his ball for a perfect golf shot. Robot putters that compute distance and slopes would be fun to watch.

Nothing in the rulebook prohibits it.

I will submit a magic rule to the committee and have it “against-ed” by next Tuesday.

Hole-in-wand.

Kind of unfair making Rodney carry his clubs. Especially with Bung around to make himself useful.

• Is limited to no more than 14 clubs, and

(• Is restricted in the use of other equipment that gives artificial help to their play )
