    I always try to find soap, lotion or candles with that scent at Bath & Body Works. They used to have one called “Rainkissed leaves”, but they discontinued it. They now have one called “Fresh Rainfall”, which is very pleasantly scented, too.

    There is a Bloom County strip where Opus comments about loving the smell after a rain, and Oliver informs him that it is petrichor, an oil produced by plant feces. If you google Bloom County petrichor, you can find it. It’s one of my favorite Bloom County strips.
