This villian could be called “Bug Eyes” or a distant cousin of Barney Google.

Is this a rerun or a new arc? I remember Fosdick and Evil Eye Fleagle from back in the day in Li’l Abner, and I remember Disk Tracy’s counter parody, Big Abe, but I don’t remember ever seeing Tracy and Fosdisk in the same arc. ‘course it’s been about sixty years…

The only thing of note is Fleegle’s hat today is broken up with light and dark spots – I suppose because of the “whammy”. That’s the way it reads at any rate.

I’m just wondering why FF didn’t plug Fleegle yesterday. What’s he waiting on? Tracy’s dreams are all over the place.
