A friend of mine when in the service had a tattoo of a hula girl on his arm, later on when he got older he lost weight and the girl looked anorexic! We teased him about that!

Talk about “Faux Pas” Earl!

Tats may look awesome in your 20s but have you ever seen a good tattoo 60 years later when nature adds in wrinkles and sags?

Too late pal…… the damage is DONE.

My dermatologist forbids me to get any tattoos, not that I wanted any other than one to match my hair color in the middle of a cowlick on top of my head that looks like I am losing hair. No, I lost all the hair follicles to skin cancer. The cancer could come back in the same place and we would possibly not see it if I had it tattooed. I had one on my arm re-appear in the same place and I am actually keeping a close eye on it now – it might be getting ready for round three. Anyone getting a tattoo should keep in mind that they make it harder for a doctor to diagnose skin cancer.

Is this a new tattoo? I tend to think so or Earl would have said something earlier, right?

Sometimes it’s hard to tell.

I’ve seen some nice tattoos of a person’s face . . . then I have seen some ABOMINATIONS!

After all of these years he is just seeing it? Or, he got some late-age ink?

This strip has been in fire for a good 5-7 days.

Just a question… are their pants really baggy/wrinkled, esp. Earl’s, or is the pattern on the fabric printed on stripes?

This is why you choose carefully where and what you get for a tattoo. Will it age well? Physically, mentally, emotionally?
