The sound of dogs barking. If there aint dogs in heaven, I don’t wanna go.

I was completing an on-line survey, when I was stopped by the question, “Which cell phone provider do you use?” Within the huge list, there was no option for no cell phone, and the page kept returning, with a red banner when I clicked next page. I had to lie, and choose Ma Bell.

We are in Heaven, I’ve been dead, believe me, it’s nothing, there is nothing else so enjoy it now, not trying to be funny.

LOL, but, no, that would mean there are cellphones in heaven.

Good surveys never have required answers. Always give those that are doing you a favor the option of either skipping a question or providing a n/a or “I don’t know”, or “Other” as a valid response. If you treat those you are surveying with respect, they give more honest answers. Short 3-5 question surveys get much higher response rates than multi-page surveys. Allow anonymous responses. If you want more feedback add this to the end: “Would you like to complete a more in-depth survey?” Only then ask for contact information.

I hope to hear “Well done, thy good and faithful servant”.

I would like to hear the same thing, but most likely it will be either: “Who let you in?” or “We are trying to reach you about the extended warranty on your halo.”
