No, for me the problem is falling asleep. I was never an early to bed… person. Mom used to wake me up for school, dress me, and push me out the door with a Pop Tart (not heated, per me) for breakfast in my hand.
I have gotten really bad during these Covid years and husband is only off a couple of hours from me. We go to bed around 4:30 am – I will see 6 am before I fall asleep. My alarm will go off at 10 am and be reset for 11 am, then noon – he will be up from same by 11 or 11:30 and watching TV in bed. He will make me wake up, get out of bed and dress a little after noon for the day.
He only reads books on his cell phone or computer these years – he can make the print larger as he has trouble reading with glasses on. I, on the other hand, cannot follow anything read on cell phone/computer which requires the concentration of a book or magazine and read printed items only.
I do read these comics online – does not take the concentration of a book/magazine – but because that is only way I can get most of them to read. Right now it is 12:21 am I will be online until he comes down for snack before bed.

It’s the TV for me, especially just before bed time. The few books I read are usually too interesting to put me to sleep – Tony Hilerman.

And Solitaire. A good, sleep-inducing game.

I find my devices put me to sleep if I am tired. They don’t keep me awake. Maybe because I work on a computer all day long and am so used to them?

You have confusing dreams when you are reading three different books around the house at the same time.
