When my daughter was little, I used to pick her up in my arms and do “daughter curls:” work the biceps and triceps like you would with weights, only using her for resistance.
When I was little, my dad (former Marine & former small-college All-American football player) kept in shape by doing push-ups with 4 or 5 kids on his back.
He turned 92 on the 27th, so it must have worked……..

Wanda look at it this way. Darryl is getting somewhat of a workout. The kids are having fun and this is a lot cheaper than a gym membership.
