I got a better idea boot 90% of management hire them back in positions that actually create a produce. You will get more done I suspect

A “ZAP” instead of a “POOF”???

Dana must really be P.O.ed and I don’t mean Purchase Ordered!

I worked for a company that tried to implement a plan like that. Fortunately for me, I’d already left.

They decided to lay off all of their installers and engineers, to save money. They figured they could just hire whomever they needed, whenever they needed, from a temporary staffing agency.

They found out the hard way that they could not get the skills they needed, nor any worker loyalty, by doing that.

After a few failed projects, and the lawsuits that followed, they were kaput. Oh well…

Now Rita can hire Snoopy’s brother Spike!

Oh, that poor, innocent water bottle. Not to mention the carpet/flooring.
