    I am an old man and been retired for a while and since I was not as active I gained about 7 pounds. A friend told me it’s the bread or more specifically wheat especially store bought bread like OroWheat etc so I switched to Ezekiel and Dave’s Killer Bread a couple months back or so. I dropped 5 pounds without trying. I sure miss the taste of regular bread though.

    Pretty sure people back the didn’t know the gluten from non-gluten. They didn’t use a lot of unnatural ingredients, I’m sure.
