What a bunch of crybabies we got nowadays. ‘They won’t do what I want!!!

‘The Press’ will cover everyone & anything that sells.

If some guy with little or no experience and qualifications goes viral for some stunt or statement, they get coverage aplenty.

If you want ongoing serious professional consideration, you have to be a serious player, ready to really bring it on. A famous name and a skewed pov isn’t nearly enough.

RFK, one more example of media bias. It’s ok though, I believe the two-party system is beginning to crumble. The internet has made a way for "fringe’ voices to be heard and people are slowly waking up from the nightmare that is the two-party system.

Well, Marianne Williamson is running again for president. She spoke to about 50 people at the local Unity Temple, in a city where she was minister at another Unity church for some years. Speaking truth to power, however, gets her the treatment mentioned by Mr. Rall today.

The media are owned by the ultra-rich. They have a vested interest in deciding who gets elected. RFK, as an example, has publicly threatened the military-industrial complex by proposing to close US bases around the world and withdraw troops so that the US can concentrate on rebuilding infrastructure. So of course they are going to ignore him and/or brand him a loony, targeting his anti-vax stance (which most of us here would disagree with), so that you don’t vote for him.

Trump is undoubtedly a lunatic, but one who delivered on his promise to benefit the ultra-rich. So he was supported, or at least not impeded or ignored. Read this excellent interview with Chomsky, if you haven’t already:

There are qualified people like RFK on both sides. The problem is they are not the top candidate. Trump or Biden again would be a disaster.

Whatever party picks another candidate wins. If both do, it’s a toss up.

Just remember. Trump didn’t have to spend near the money Hillary had to for publicity because the media fell into the trap; Trump was so outrageous that they couldn’t ignore him. He got TRILLIONS of dollars worth of free publicity the same way he always has.

The third parties are not doing any better than the main ones – and in the case of RFK, I REALLY don’t want another anti-vaxxer in the White House. We lost hundreds of thousands of people to the last one…

The best thing for Democrats would be a vigorish primary. 75% of the American public believe Biden is mentally/physically unfit to serve another 4 years. A primary campaign would be an opportunity for Biden to campaign and prove he is fit. It will also allow credible candidates to be exposed to the voters. The real disaster will be if in March 24 if there has been no primaries and it becomes clear Biden is suffering from dementia and the Democrats have no credible candidates in the bullpen. The Democrats need 4/5 Senators/Governors to get out front and get some national name recognition so they can come into the game.

RFK Jr. has odd ideas and has published real disinformation, but would hurt Biden, therefore, the mainstream media has a bias against reporting on him. This is no different than not reporting on and/or downplaying: – Hunter Biden laptop – Joe’s history of racist comments/ making up stories/ touching and smelling the hair of girls and women – Classified information taken by Joe Biden when he was a Senator – Hillary’s classified information email’s – Rielle Hunter’s baby (story broke by the National Enquirer) – Lois Lerner – Falsified FISA applications – George Floyd’s criminal past and the “mostly peaceful protests” while standing in front of a burning building – disastrous exit from Afghanistan…..

There are several Democrats who would make good VP candidates. Amy Klobuchar, Sherrod Brown, Cory Booker, and Beto O’Rourke are all stronger VP candidates than Harris, just to name some off the top of my head. I would expect that there are others that would be really good too. A strong, popular VP is necessary to Biden’s campaign, because 80 year old guys tend to die a lot. I would choose Brown, just because he is solidly liberal, smart, would make a great president, and just because he’s a really nice guy. Actually, he’s my third choice, but Bernie and Liz are both too old. Although, Warren may be 73, but she looks and acts like she’s 50.

The problem the Democrats have is they have no one that has national name recognition other than an 81 year old wild haired Jewish socialist (aka communist). Likely 90% of voters could not name a single Democratic Senator/Governor outside their state. In Texas no Democratic has held state wide office for almost 30 years and the only Democrat with even a small % of name recognition would be Beto and even then maybe 5% would be able to tell you his last name.

Presidential hopeful Robert F. Kennedy Jr. threw a press dinner on Tuesday night that devolved into a shouting match between two elderly men—a bizarre conflict that reportedly ended with a prolonged bout of flatulence.

    Oh wait. It gets better…

The mess started after a guest asked Kennedy a question about the environment, an innocent-enough inquiry that enraged former gossip columnist Doug Dechert, the—reportedly drunk—host of the whole event. “The climate hoax!” Dechert started to yell.

Which led to this climactic moment…

Dechert was relentless, continuing to rant about the “scam” of climate change while Haden-Guest disparaged him with insults, calling him “f- insane” and “insignificant.” That’s when Dechert brought out his secret weapon: a booming fart that he released while shouting, “I’m farting!”

Sounds like a real intellectual group who will solve all our problems, not.

Probably because only idiots and right wing fascists like the dingbat nonsense RFK Jr. is saying.

There’s a reason why he’s backed by Steve Bannon, Michael Flynn, and Roger Stone.
