These Demonrat Prosecutors have GALVANIZED TRUMPS supporters. With every indictment Trump’s poll numbers go up. No one believes the indictments are not political. Trump scares the swamp people. The swamp hasn’t figured out they are being exposed for the demon rats they are.
this is a hoot. it doesn’t appear to even have crossed gary’s mind that the reason trump keeps getting indicted is that he might have done something wrong…
Foolish commie Democrats. Trump is gonna have such much fun firing people after he is sworn in as President on January 20, 2025. The only guy that will probably retain his job is the sheriff in Atlanta.
It’s doubtful, but I hope one of the other Republican contenders will prevail over Trump. But since the office of the presidency has become a joke anyway, it might be entertaining if Trump won, so he could counter those who have tried to take him out since 2015, particularly that nasty little weasel Adam Schiff.
The alternative is Biden, who is perpetually on vacation, not only physically but mentally.
I sincerely hope all the Magas out there have sent in their hard-earned money for the latest Trump swag: mug-shot hats, T-shirts, and coffee cups. By all means, support your “billionaire” beatified leader with your unquestioning loyalty and money.
Every time I see a toon like this I am reminded of John Gotti, AKA the Teflon Don. The police knew he was in charge of a Mafia crime family, but couldn’t make charges stick due to jury tampering and witness intimidation. But the guy had style and fans amongst the public.
@TXWit: “No one believes the indictments are not political.”
That is an incorrect statement. There are certainly plenty of people who do not believe. Belief doesn’t matter one whit in a court of law.
And there are millions who believe/know the indictments are a function of law and order, in contrast to six of the 8 wanna-bes in the debate. Today’s Law and Order Republicans are against petty criminals, especially those who are poor or minorities. Throw the book at them. Don’t let them out early, even though the law states that that can happen under certain circumstances (Virginia). Don’t let them vote after serving sentences, even if the law says they have regained the right (Florida). But for inciting an attempted coup, for threatening/intimidating/insisting that others break the law for him, for keeping top-secret documents and showing them to people without clearance, and pretending he has none……that’s okay. Are you one of those who would be fine if he shot someone on Fifth Avenue? A basket is too small for the number of deplorables that populate this country.
Repeat after me: If he had only turned in all the papers he was supposed to, and if he had only been willing to recognize the fact that he was a LOSER (which is the worst insult he has for males, and therefore something that can never, ever be associated with him), and left the White House quietly, turning over power peacefully, none of this would be happening. It is only his hubris and narcissism that brought all this legal trouble on him. “I alone can break it.”
If you think that’s political, that’s your problem. And you share that problem with far too many.
Early this month, 20% of Republicans said Trump should suspend his campaign and 14% said he should have been charged in the Jan. 6 indictment.
These results are unchanged in the latest ABC News/Ipsos poll, with 20% of Republicans saying Trump should suspend his campaign and 15% indicating he should have been charged in the Georgia indictment.
More broadly, Trump’s favorable/unfavorable ratings with Americans remain severely underwater according to the latest poll: 31% favorable and 55% unfavorable — essentially unchanged from the previous poll.
Even with all the harassment, I think Trump will beat a depleted Biden in 2024. Joe has really fallen off a cliff since 2020, they can’t keep him in the basement again…can they?
Not ONE of those bandaids was purely political. Though I’ll give you something for the two impeachments which happened via a political process about an actual crime which was roundly ignored by a fully partisan Senate.
I still wonder What do democrats mean when they say if Trump is President he will ruin their country Because I don’t think talking about we the people as in all of the people of this nation If Trump is convicted are the democrats ready for a revolution or if he runs and wins will he suffer the same fate as
Keep track of this: None of Trump’s defenders is stating that Trump did none of what he is accused of doing; they are just saying he should not be held responsible for any of it. Sounds just like the rise of Hitler and Mussolini.
