Hey! Scott and his famdamly are downwind homies. My hometown is Ordnance, the little ghost town across I-84 (then Hwy 30) from the US Army Ordnance Depot in Umatilla. During the summers, we had some evenings where we could sit on the rooftops and watch the ‘fireworks’ at the Naval Bombing Range out of Boardman.
I almost feel like I do at the class reunions I attend for my high school class that graduated back in the Pleistocene. Some of the people look a little familiar but I just can’t quite recognize them after all these years. I mean, were these guys people we knew in this strip before the long hiatus?
