This is not what Mr. Nurtz imagined when he scheduled his vasectomy.

My eyes find and delight in unrelated details. I like the wobbly-looking wheels on his hospital bed/operating room table. I like visualizing the bumpy ride he got before arriving at this situation. Btw, why don’t those visiting child surgeons have on gloves? Safety first, kids!

Relax Mr. Nurtz… after I put this shot in your arm, you can count backwards from 10 and you’ll be out like a light!

Umm… that was your arm, Doc!

Once again Bleeb is thinking, “Stupid scrubs.”

What are they doing with those needles and drills?

I had an appointment to have a mole removed from my back. When I got into the doctor’s surgery room he had a “child” (about 16) in for career training day. The doctor asked if it would be OK to let the kid cut off the mole. I refused and when I told my wife about it later she checked and the doctor had cut off the wrong mole. (I should have let the kid do it I guess).

It’ll be like the game “Operation”

The children are going to assist during Mr. Nurtz’s "kid"ney surgery.

“Take your kid to job” day isn’t “Have kids do your job” day.

I was over 60 the last time I was in an OR, all the nurses looked like children to me. They were so much younger than me. They had on blue Smurf hats and masks. It really made me nervous and anxious. My operation went well, fortunately.

I see they put Bleeb in charge of the machine that goes “PING.” Little Alien Dude! I hope you brought enough quarters!!!!!!!!! :)

Looks like “children” to me…

Kids love playing doctor!

Let’s be honest, no one wants to see a bunch of kidding around in the operating room before going under for surgery.
