I believe this is the first time Crocs are seen in a Big Nate comic strip

…This might actually be one of the lamest strips I’ve read. The delivery is do understated, this is going through the motions. I… What? How is this funny?? This is as sharp as Family Circus. “Oh you taking pics? Should I move my chips messy dad?” “Yes please”. What’s unexpected or funny about that?

Am I the only one who doesn’t like school picture guy? I never liked him tbh. He’s like, the least funniest Big Nate character.

I probably feel this way because every time he appears in a strip, the same joke is made with him, and they’re not really funny in the first place. Also, his character is just bland compared to the others.

Did School Picture Guy steal his pants from Colin Baker?

Those striped pants sure are Fall Foliage if I ever saw any!!

It would be easier to just cover him with leaves.

Absolutely love red maples! Some of my favorite trees- but it fall they are simply gorgeous! They make for some beautiful fall pictures!

Actually, before and after pictures might make a good story…..

What could be even funnier is if some leaves were to fall into his chip bag, Marty wakes up, reaches inside, and tries to eat one, mistaking it for a chip…

Today’s strip was okay, but the punchline could have been funnier if Marty wasn’t in the “throwaway” panel.

4/10, pretty boring. New wordle system: I will do one every Sunday, and announce the correct answer on Monday. Wordle: Starts with s, ends with e.

Strip rating: 6/10 I mean, it’s decent, but it’s not a great strip.

Let’s see YOUR work, kiddies. Your “humor” is nowhere near as sophisticated as you seem to believe, and your “rating” anyone’s comics is nothing more than an exercise in ego, as nobody with any discerning taste believes it, anyway.

the tree trunk is not foliage. Just take a picture of the leaves, dude.

This one made me laugh out loud.

I loved the dad in the picture. It reminded me of a sunny fall day in our neighborhood park and how many people were there enjoying the last warm rays of the summer: the kids were there on their play structures, and the grandparents were just lollying on the grass in the shade of those colorful trees…The parents on the other hand were scrolling through their cell phones, oblivious to the beauty of that day…My kids used to play there, and now I take my grandchildren when they visit…

TBH I don’t really get the comic nor why people don’t like it. I don’t wanna sound like a hater, so if you’re just randomly wandering can you explain?
