I dunno. If there are quality categories of comments, then the worst ones are probably the ones paid to make the comments.

I get lots of laughs from the comments on comics. Some are funnier than the strips and some are downright hilarious. Good medicine for early wake ups and the blues.

I’d leave a comment, but then there’d be learning afoot (maybe!)

I had a Business Management professor in college that included several questions on his test that came from the examples in the margins. Stupid questions like “what was the revenue for Exxon in 1979?” I thought the point was what Exxon did to increase its revenue, not what was the revenue.

I was going to comment, but figure no good will come of doing so…

Some comments are good. Then there’s the ones from people who are absolutely furious that you’re not slaving away to cater solely to their tastes.

I can imagine. My mother was a teacher for over 30 years also.

The comments on Argyle Sweater, where I go for my daily punnishment, are often as good as the strip itself.
