Aunty, you are a rare individual. Rare because you transitioned from early childhood to geriatric childhood with no adulthood in the middle.

If someone younger then you says that you should be old enough to know better, than clearly they are not old enough to question.

Apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 13:11 , " When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I grew up, I put the ways of childhood behind me." So it’s plain that you have never grown up. But quite possible that Dementia has set in. Your physician can test you.

You’re old enough to know better when you’re young enough not to care.

I don’t know how to act my age because I have never been this old. :-P

My Godmother, when about 75, decided to take a little slide on some ice on the driveway. Fell and broke her arm. Her doctor son chewed her out a bit about it. Never too old I guess.
