Man, this really is just a week of Peirce venting about his least favorite candies, eh?

They may change their minds when they see what eggs cost these days.

I love Charlton chews!!

A little repetitive, plus a bit strange to hear all these candy takes, but I can’t lie, this IS different, and pretty okay!

7\10, also, since I should point out when it doesn’t happen too, I finally got to express a review (specifically positive) that didn’t get critiqued to death, so thank you! Live and let live.

Banana Laffy Taffy is the best! (On the other hand, I like egg salad, so…)

Not only are Smarties good candies, they’re always very popular among the trick-or-treaters at my house. Every year I include them in the mix and every year they go quickly. But to each his own….

Ok this is not gonna go well.

I’m guessing that, they skip the houses they think give bad candy but it turns out they have the best candy.

To be honest, I don’t really like Smarties either.

I like Smarties. That said, I like chocolate more.

As a kid, we ate all of the candy. Good stuff first (anything with chocolate), so the sibs couldn’t steal it.

When Nate said smarties, I thought they meant the Canada version, then I realized they meant what the Americans call Smarties. They’re called Rockets in Canada.

idk why it feels like lately all arcs kind of drag and the jokes are repetitive in each strip… i still really like this week so far, though!

I’m fine with this so far, except I’m still concerned about Nate being a vandal every Halloween. Not sure I like that message.

HA! With a price of eggs, you looking at it at loss. Better hit Canada where the smarties are candy coated chocolate colored bits of heavenly flavor. Unfortunately there’s only seven in a Halloween sized package so you’ll need a few!

Wow, a lot of the candies Nate and his friends hate I loved as a kid. Sour apple candy (including Dum Dums), Jolly Ranchers, Smarties — I enjoyed those candies. I had to google Charleston Chews, never had them before and no one in my area bought them. The houses I avoided on Halloween were those that gave out Mary Jane Peanut Chews, Mounds/Almond Joy, and candy corn.

Did you know you can smoke smarties (it’s not bad its just the powder). That’s why I like them lol. 3/5 The comic isn’t great.

this is cool seening what houses nate will go to but I think the whole purpose of this strip is to call out candies or something 6.7/10 getting better
