Why even bother going Trick or Treating?

We keep small toys and sheets of stickers on hand for the kids that have allergies or diabetes. Why shouldn’t they get to have fun as well?

This joke has been done several times this year in the funnies.

I almost thought once that I’d developed a red dye allergy. I’d had red velvet cake and later puked red bile. Guess it was just too much sweet stuff mixed with my medication.

I’m allergic to garlic.

In 25 years I never once got a trick-or-treater. I live at the bottom of a long steep hill at the end of a long wooded road with no lights. This year if a kid comes I have a Johnsonville version of a Slim Jim, a single Hi-Chew candy (dragon fruit flavored), a bag of unopened licorice flavored hard candies, unopened packs of mint gum, and microwave popcorn
