Odie is in his own little world.

Dognorance is bliss eh.

I was once like that

I come home and my dogs body wag.

Except for something bad.

What you don’t know can’t hurt you?

Good idea.

Maybe a dog like Odie is simply happy to see a good friend even with all the pranks that Garfield does.

I think it’s more that dogs know what they can handle and what they can’t.

“Reality is for those who can’t handle fantasy.”

Dogs wake each morning with the thought, “I’m so happy I’m not a cat.”

Cats know what’s going on. They just don’t care.

Does he watch “Family Feud” instead of the news sometimes?

That makes him one of the fortunate ones.

Dogs are happy because they care about someone else, not themselves. I have never seen a happy cat!

The first thing to come to my mind was politically based, but I will stop myself at this point.

You can make your own politically based comment now that I got you thinking about it.

Most of our dogs have been very intelligent and alert.

Not a bad way to go through life. One gets to the end just like everybody else.

I mean, I can think of plenty of things I wish I was ignorant about

It certainly helps in my part. And people say you should keep up to date with all the things that are going on. Ha. As if that’ll make you a happy person.
