I read somewhere, years ago, that one’s hair is similar in life expectancy and fullness to your mother’s father’s hair. What I recall of my grandfather was a man with a lovely head of white hair … and I have followed suit. I pity, however, my son, whose mother’s father was bald at a fairly early age.
My question exactly. Maybe he has a spot on his back that he can’t reach to scratch and uses the extra distance that a brush may afford to get to it. It’s what I do at times. Thank God that l still have a need for a hair brush to groom myself.Though it takes less time every day now……
Whether it’s Gladys, Rancid or Gargoyle Brutus can’t seem to shake his habit of throwing hanging curve balls. One would hope his wife at least would show him a little grace, but her response could have come from any of them. As well as Hurricane Hattie. Hence he shows again why he is THE BORN LOSER!
I used to teach a root cause analysis course. When I discussed habit intrusion I casually reached into my pocket and drew out a comb. My hairline is a lot like Brutus’.

It’s wherever your hair went. Actually a hair brush feels good to massage the scalp with.

When my mother says, “Come in, it’s time to eat.”
And I keep on playing games out in the street
I resolve to rush right home now when I’m called
‘Cause my pop just got a hairbrush and he’s bald

Speaking from experience, it takes a lot of work to keep those side hairs in place.

I shave my head and also have a hairbrush, which I have had since I was 12 years old. I use it to scratch my scalp and the skin under my beard.

I would have told him that it’s probably right where he put it the last time he used it, maybe 5-10 years ago. Why would Gladys have it?

fortunately, brutus is somehow able to brush off remarks like that…
