I’ve seen mine. NOT gross, imo. Also not particularly informative to the untrained eye. But then I grew up in a big family with lots of boys (and a couple of girls) and “gross” was what we DID.

When I saw mine, it was pretty gross. Look up Diverticulosis in Wikipedia if you want to see an example.

I have xrays of my new hip, so cool!

Tasteless but not timely.

I always watch on the screen. My insides fascinate me! My last one, they knocked me out. I remember the Dr saying hi and then I woke up in recovery. :) I don’t need another till 2028. But take my advice, Metamucil or some other fiber supplement every day! Your colon will thank you. :)

I’m having my next colonoscopy done in the IMAX format.

One time I woke up in the middle of my colonoscopy. That was not a pleasant experience! They gave me more sedative and put me to sleep thankfully.

I saw a colonoscopy picture once. I’ve seen worse, but it was slightly gross.

Problem with Earl is you don’t know if he’s joking or not!

This arc went down the tube fast.

To mark where they removed a non-cancerous polyp, they tattooed a dot on my colon wall. Now I take great delight in asking people if they would like to see my tattoo.

A gross refers to a group of 144 items or 12 dozen.

Those are the kind of pictures you send to people you dislike.

I guess it’s because I’m 75 and have had colonoscopies regularly since 1996 that I found this to be the one strip that got a laugh out loud response today.

I recently applied for a loan and was astonished at the amount of financial information I was expected to provide. I gathered all the documents and included a photo from my colonoscopy.

I was given a photo album.

It will NOT be on the coffee table.

Earl is a man after my own heart …. and even my gut.

And a great watermark for the family year thousand-word letter.

Awww, he’s proud of his healthy colon :)

My doc said I had a beautiful colon.

That is one part of the human body that never expected to be photographed, and might now end up in Colonbook.

I saw mine. Clean as a whistle.

I did something similar when being fitted for my first prosethetic.
