Republicans (especially Mitch), in cahootz with the Federalist Society, have spent decades infiltrating the judiciary with unqualified and corrupt justices. And this is the result.

My creepy SIL whined in her nasal, sing-song tone, about all the “activist liberal justices ruling for the bench”, while totally ignoring the right wing freaks doing far, far worse.

Someone who’s innocent would want to clear his name as soon as possible. In this case, he’d also save millions of dollars for his lawyers. Of course, those payments aren’t coming out of his own pocket, and that’s assuming he even has any money. I personally believe his net worth is negative, and has been negative for most of his life.

The delays so far might boomerang if trials are held just before the November elections.

Proof that there is indeed 2 levels of justice in America. One for conservatives and one for criminals like Joe Biden. In a fair and equal system, Biden would be sitting in a jail cell, but here we are.

The crazies are ready to support Trump again.

Google: American Presidents: Worst Five Again – Andrew Johnson, Buchanan, Trump, Harding & Pierce

Google: February 2024 Times/Siena Poll of Registered Voters Nationwide

“March 2, 2024, Donald Trump leads Joe Biden, 48 percent to 43 percent, among registered voters.”

Conclusion: 48 percent of registered voters are stupid.

The Stormy case is not only about the falderal of hush money and coverup. It is also about trump trying to hide his “affair” from the voters… in other words “Yet in its own way it is just as dangerous and fundamental. Trump paid big bucks to hide dirt on himself at a key moment in the 2016 campaign. And he succeeded.” – The Bulwark

An innocent person doesn’t have to seek immunity. The request alone shows that he knows that he is guilty.

Pretty clear the judges want the American people to judge Trump with an election. That’s not what elections are for. That’s what courts are for.

I know the left wing prosecutors and judges are pushing for a speedy trial to get a conviction before the election even if they know it will be reversed on appeal. Leftie fools think a speedy trial is a constitutional right.

It is. But it’s for the defendant only. Not the prosecutors.

djt is one of if not the most incompetent, ignorant, and useless ‘humans’ who ever existed but he is good at 2 things. He’s a fairly accomplished con man, as in good at talking people out of things like money, votes, etc. and at gaming the U.S. legal system to limit his losses or even gain benefit.
