After only one day of it? Andy has a really high opinion of the benefits of nature. The longest I’ve ever been able to stand daily exposure to nature has been two weeks, and I didn’t see any of the supposed health benefits in that time. We must therefore conclude that either it takes longer than two weeks, or it doesn’t help everybody equally.
