When I was a child I refused to take naps, but now I am making up for those I missed.

I didn’t wake up on time yesterday and slept right through my nap time.

You might want to nap on it.

I lay on the couch for 10 minutes, and call it a “cat nap”. My sister, with three cats, just laughs & laughs “Amateur!”

In the seventies, a friend of mine had a 45 record of “John and Martha”. Never heard it since, but all it was- a woman saying, “John” and a man replying, “Marsha” over and over with different emotions. When through love, to ambivalence, to questioning, to argument, to breakup, to reconciliation, to love again, as best I can remember. It was funny as anything, and so well done. Anyone else know anything about it?

I like the bored-to-tears nap in the right situation.

I just got up and now I’m sleepy.

Mine is the iPad nap. I start reading all the news articles and zzzzzz!

When I was working, I remember the “Staff meeting after lunch” nap. I never could stay awake during those.

One of my issues with being retirered. I’m the recliner sleeper/napper.

The only reason a day should be 25 hours long: The one-hour siesta we can all take.

I’m with Garfield. I enjoy a good nap like the one I hope to have after lunch.

Right now, I’m doing the “newborn baby is napping so I should at least close my eyes a moment” naps, at least for when my three year old is accounted for.

I got caught taking one too many naps at work and ended up getting nap sacked.

Don’t forget the nap during one of Paul’s sermons where the guy who did the napping fell to his death so God resurrected him with Paul counting on God to do that.
