My grandma used to make elderberry jam (or maybe jelly). It’s been almost 50 years since I had it. Don’t really remember it but it left an impression on me as “the pinnacle of taste”. If I somehow make it to heaven (I know she did, me unlikely), I plan to ask for one of her meals.
