I won’t tell anyone I won but there will be signs. Going on Amazon and searching for something “Price” Highest – Lowest

If I won big I would hire a household staff, have a concierge doctor-nurses and technicians to build and test my ideas.

I already have more than I need, so if I won a big jackpot, I would make it the best thing that ever happened for the local charities I already support.

Money can give you security, which can bring happiness or give you the ability to strive for it. Thus the Norwegian countries always leading the happiness measures.

If you use the “readers” it says Not a winner, but what it means is You’re a looser!

Most problems in my life and my family’s lives would be solved by a whole lot of money which would make me VERY happy. Yeah I know money can’t buy me love, but love don’t pay the electric bill or fix the car. They like to tell you money won’t make you happy just to keep you quiet.

My reasons for dreaming of winning keeps changing through the years. Right now I just want to let my 50 year old son quit a job that is killing him.

Having a lot of money may not make you happy but it sure makes being miserable a lot more comfortable.

Money can’t buy happiness but poverty can’t buy anything.

I can’t die until I win the lottery: too expensive.

I know this is an unpopular view but what makes people think, after spending hundreds, maybe thousands on lottery tickets over the years, they will suddenly be “good with money” when they win?

Money won’t buy happiness. But if you’re already happy, it makes it a lot more fun!

Gee, I remember the days of Ed McMahon: “You may already be a winner!”

Used to look forward to those every time I went to the mailbox.

11 years ago I quit buying lottery tickets. I was only spending maybe $20 a month….no big deal. But suddenly my married kids were both expecting….so I realized healthy newborn grandkids would beat any lottery winning. And they have. I felt it would be disrespectful to God to hunger for “lucky” money insread of being greatful for a healthy happy family. Never bought another ticket.

To paraphrase Bloom County; money does not buy you happiness, but it does improve your bargaining position.

I’ve been happy and I’ve been sad. The times I’ve been happy I’ve had money because it was one less thing I had to worry about.

I don’t gamble. Over the decades since the Atlantic City casinos first opened (followed by the ones in Connecticut) I have been to casinos many, many times – used to go 4- 6 times a year before Covid.

I have had very nice walks around the casinos and the AC Boardwalk, had some nice dinners – been to museums in the ones in CT. What have never done? I have never bet even a penny – no slot machines, no table games – I come with my money and less what dinner costs us (well, actually it is put on credit card) – I leave with my money. Husband will play some slot machines (used to be penny machines, sometimes nickels – now since up to quarters he plays even less). Mostly go to have someplace different to go, walk around, and spend a day out.

I may never win, but I never lose either.
