They are all so moving.

Poor excuse for the original Wizard.

CSX railroad had a sidetrack about half a mile away. To get crushed granite from hopper cars they used a shaker / vibrator, an unbalanced rotating weight driven by a quarter horsepower motor. From a half mile away with sand as the conducting medium, it shook cups off the cupboard. I figured a thousand horsepower diesel with associated unbalanced weight anchored in rock should be able to quickly clear caves and tunnels of enemy fighters (or collapse them, of course). The original Tesla would approve.
