I got some great Mother’s Day gifts. My older daughter got me a “Speak Now” necklace (we’re Swifties…oh, and she remembered that I wear silver); my younger daughter got me a Dolly Parton book; and my husband got me Henry Winkler’s autobiography. I’m more than happy.

I live alone and my children are “too busy” to bother calling me. So I use the guilt trip ploy. I Call THEM and say “I haven’t heard from you in AGES”. Works every time. lol

No gifts here. I did mail my mom a card last Monday (all the way to the next county) and she still has not received it.
