Ahh c’mon, who does not like the floor sweepings from Oscar Meyer, Lykes, Bar-S, Ball Park Franks/Tyson and so on after the mechanically separated meats (nice way of say ground bone, carcass and cartilage) and meat by products are put in a casing right after the cat and dog food have been processed with slightly superior floor sweepings?

I used to work in a meat processing plant for awhile…oh the stories! (and yet I still find myself grilling Johnsonville Beef Brats in the summer…guess I just put those stories out of my mind!)
