The gag order only applies to harassing, threatening or intimidating the judge, witnesses, lawyers and jury.

As far as I can tell it’s 34 counts of book keeping entries which are alleged to be illegal somehow. Those entries at best are misdemeanors and are so old that they exceed the statute of limitations. Only in a heavy Blue 90% Democrat city like NYC could a case like this be brought to trial. The judge had previously sat on two previous trials concerning President Trump and his prejudice against him is obvious. So, how out of a pool of over sixty justices, did Merchan get picked a third time on what is supposed to be a random selection. It’s obvious he was hand picked, bypassing the the normal random selection. That said even Merchan said that Stormy’s comments would be grounds for appeal and instructed the jury to ignore her testimony. Are you kidding me, damage done. Plus, it’s not stopping her from testifying again.

This trial is an obvious case of election interference. I’m hoping there’s more than just one honest juror who will side with President Trump.

In other news today the Georgia Court granted Trumps appeal against Fani Willis. Plus the Florida judge has put President Trumps document trial on an indefinite delay.

What is the difference between Stormy and Donald? On is a litigious, venal, attention-seeking bottom-feeder who will stoop to any depth to make a buck.
