The vicar is quite willing to help the poor. He is not willing to fund the vices of a ne’er do well.

Nice try, Andy This is a good example of how people will use religion to get what they want, regardless of whether they actually deserve it.

Don’t blame the vicar for saying no

It’s inconceivable that Andy is better at working the bible to his advantage than a pastor who’s professionally trained at a seminary where that’s all they teach.

I guess it’s gotten to the point where Andy can’t even live within Flo’s credit.

Vicar is only following the most important rule of Christianity: Do as I say, not as I do.
