Hi – I would like to know what font you use for your cartoons – in particular the 2022 Beijing cartoon which was published on 4 February 2022. Thank you.

A good example of a fool and his money. Another is not paying off the total of your credit card every month and having to pay exorbitant interest.

My wife and I were returning from Albuquerque and stopped in at a small travel center to use the restrooms and get a couple of bottles of water or cold drink. When the young woman rang up my purchase, the total was $3.58. I handed her $4.00. She looked at me in dead seriousness and asked how much change she owed me. This young woman had never been taught how to count change. I simply felt sad for her.

I saw a “Get Out of Paying Your Credit Card Debt” commercial where someone supposedly was assisted in getting around his accumulated debt and he was so happy that now he could go to Puerto Rico on vacation. Seems to me like if he could afford to go to Puerto Rico on vacation, he could maybe have paid some of what he owed.

I have a friend who works security at the local Rez casino. He says the place is rammed the day after the pension cheques are deposited.

When asked where the $10 million went that he earned over his career, George Raft replied, “Part of the loot went for gambling, part for horses, part for women. The rest I spent foolishly.”

How does such a guy even have any money to foolishly lose? One of life’s little mysteries.
