Years ago in gym class the teacher had us do our own thing… so I promptly went to the bleachers, sat down, closed my eyes, and declared I was meditating… much to my surprise, the gym teacher actually allowed it.

Good to see dog and cat getting along it is.

I do not understand why emptying your mind can be called meditation. To meditate it to think very deeply, concentrating your thoughts on some specific idea.
