Even though Anthony is supposedly dating Elizabeth, he is next to Dawn in every panel. Highly suspicious. Perhaps he can’t tell which one is which because their heights keep changing. Hey Anthony! Dawn is the one who puts her fingerprints all over the sunglasses lenses. Elizabeth is the other one.

Gosh, I wonder why

Losers

I used to like trying on sunglasses for fun. But then I realized that 1,000 other people have tried them on before me.

I still own my big sunglasses from Walgreens that fit right over my prescription glasses

I sort of wonder how they go about colorizing these old weekday comics that were intended for monochrome printing. Often the colors do not work so well with the existing shading. I sort of doubt that Lynn Johnston had anything to do with coloring this one, which presents Dawn with an acute jaundice condition. It could be worse. I now recall a certain Sunday comic from the 1970s, in which all Asian characters would appear in canary yellow.

The joys of being a teenager. Too bad Michael and Gordon are letting life pass them by. Why do they have to work? This is Canada.

I always love how Lynn can make the diamond shaped mouth look so good. If I tried that in my art it would be a disaster lol
