In the real world the sign would have been rotated 90 degrees clockwise.

Wheel has no axle or pedals. Wouldn’t get anywhere. Yeah, comics.

Everyone knows that the road sign shown means that there are snakes on the road ahead.

This can happen if you hang the sign wrong.
