MY dad’s jokes were funny. So funny that we sometimes snuck up behind him when he was on the couch and made gagging noises… and then poured a half glass of water from one glass to the other to make the sound of liquid. Worked pretty well the first time…

“What do you call a half-eaten Zebra?”
